Hi, first of all great to know that you want to go for Civil Services. Keep it up.
Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. For your knowledge I am sending you link of institutes that prepare student for Civil Exams. Amrit Becoming anxious when you appearing in competitions is very normal thing. Practice as much possible . Concentrate on your strong areas . As for weak areas take help of teachers and practice . Plan how you are going to prepare. Take one topic at a time. You don't need to lose your sleep on that . You can do meditation , play games or discuss with your good friends. All these thing will help in relaxation. Remember one thing appearing and excelling in medical exam is not the end of every thing.You have to face many more difficult situations life.
