Hi Komal, The MBBS course in in Russia in the English medium is for 6 years. The Eligibility for the same is 50% and above for the general category and 40% and above incase of the reserved category. The academic year starts from September every year and ends in June the following year. July and Agust are annual holidays. The fees would be roughly around Rs 2.5 lakh per year. All seats are offered by the Universities on a first come first served basis. Application for booking of seats has already started. Considering that from next year NEET would be applicable there seems to be quite a rush to start the bookings. Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation and then take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT etc and pursue general MBA program from India.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
