In order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate (10+2+3) or (10+2+4) in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT,XAT etc.

Hi Desai, It's true that we require 12th standard for admission, but it's not true that you need to present IELTS or TOEFL to prove English proficiency. There is an alternative for students from India that are in CBSE/HSC-type programs, and IELTS or TOEFL is only required if you're unable to meet the requirement through your English Core in 12th. As per your query, it seems that you wish to leave your diploma course in electrical and want to start a fresh course in mechanical engineering abroad.
So regarding this I would suggest that, if you are 12th pass then you should consider pursuing undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
In order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities abroad you need to be 12th pass, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. SAT (required by universities in US)
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
