As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing your studies and work abroad.
So, regarding this please remember in order to work full time abroad you need to have work permit and and a relevant VISA.
On, student VISA you will not be allowed to work full time, though some universities allow international students to work part time for limited number of hours.

I know the kind of pressure a student feel at this time but your are still left with 3 months and you should not be loosing hope and thinking about next year is loosing the battle without fighting, so stop thinking about t ans start studying you still have time and 60% and above should not be a problem.

Dear Sandeep such a situations are common in students from metro cities this happens because of lack of proper guidance. Many centers just they care to enroll the students without guiding or following his/her career issues.
Under your circumstances there is nothing to worry now & henceforth DO NOT mention your NIOS 10th in your CV. Only write BPP & graduation from IGOU. By mentioning 10th which you have completed after your graduation creates confusion in the minds of employer. I came across
