I would suggest you to opt for MBA IT if you dont want to do MBA then you can apply for MSc IT and then MCA .

MBA is a post graduate Degree in management. the eligibility of course is Graduate with minimum 50% marks. The course is specially designed for the development of manager through the training. As per your information you are not eligible to admission at present. you have two option for doing this course. First is by completing the graduation and second one is opting 5 years integrated MAM ( Masters of Applied Management) course on the basis of your 12th certificate.

Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
***Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
Students who would like to join the MCA course must have a pass in graduation with more than 60 percent marks.

You need to give TOEFL or IELTS and then apply to Universities in which you want to do PhD .
