If you are interested in pursuing your MBA abroad, then USA and Canada are the best locations for you to pursue this program ( Usa being the preferred location).
To be eligible for MBA, you have to fulfill the following admission requirements:
1) take the GMAT and score atleast 600+ if you want admission in a good university
2) Have a work experience of atleast 2 years and above.
3) Have a 4 year undergraduation degree of equivalent. Incase you have a 3 year degree, you should apply to universities in UK and Australia.

Even if you are a green card holder, you would be required to take the TOEFL and GRE. You may get waived off the TOEFL depending on your situation, but it will be very much mandatory for you to take the GRE.
