Hi Rahul,
By MPSI if you meant the recruitment for the Sub Inspector by the Madhya Pradesh State (PSC), you can apply for the same through the basis of the notification released in the local newspapers.The exam is conducted in phases : CSAT/ Preliminary exam, Main Exam and Interview.
Other than this there are many more govt exams held for various posts including engineering services that you are eligible to apply like IAS, IPS, Bank PO etc.
But for any exam, you will first require to complete your degree (B.E.) and try to score well in the same.
