It's great to know that u are interested in Animation. short term courses like Graphic and Web designing & developing is a great field and the job opportunities are umpteen.Graphic designing involves softwares such as photoshop, corel Draw, illustrator, indesign. Web designing involves the creation and maintenance of websites. Software such as Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver are taught as part of the courseware.The basic concepts of html, CSS, action scripting and so on are taught. Along with the theory, you need a good deal of practice to master the techniques. Lots of assignments and projects will help you become a good designer.Choose the right institution based on course structure, institute infrastructure, faculty, and affiliations with reputed universities among others. Visit a few animation college websites, download their brochures and talk to their counselors before you make your final decision.

If you means full time MBA or PGDM program in order to pursue this program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So you may surely pursue MBA after completing your B.Tech.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.
- Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test (WT).
- Group Discussions (GD)
- Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
