Hi,
yes it is valid because according to the rule you can do one distance and one regular courses simultaneously , you can do two distance learning courses simultaneously and you cant do two regular course simultaneously .

Yes ananya your xat score is eligible for getting gdpi call not sure abt mat feb 2013 score because that score is only valid upto feb 2014 but ur interview will be at march see at http://xime.org/registration.php so i think it will not be accepted but you can show ur mat feb 2013 score during your personal interview because ur admission depends on your entire profile from your schooling also u will definitely be called for gdpi(>60 percentile) so dont confuse regarding that just produce mat score during interview
