There are many course options available after 12th Science. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
1) After 12th in Science with Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology).
[Eligibility criteria : complete 12th (PCB) with minimum 60% and sit for an entrance exam].
[Entrance exams : NEET-UG, EAMCET, PUCET, KLEU-AIET, COMEDK etc]

To make a career in ethical hacking, you need to opt for Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) course which is a professional certification provided by the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council.)
As such there is no eligibility to learn ethical hacking. It's one of the several courses in Technology and Computer Science. Just make sure that before you learn it, you are an expert in Network Security.
