Hi,
There is no relationship between months and good B-School. The difference is in the colleges registered in May MAT and Feb MAT. So, you have to go through the list of colleges registered in both the months and then you have to fill the names of 5 preferred colleges you would like to get a seat in.
So, I would suggest you to decide the good b-schools you are targeting for and then check it in the list of both the MATs and fill the form accordingly.
As far as my knowledge is concerned, February MAT has maximum colleges registered in its list.

Since you are asking for the last month all I can advise you is to take mock tests. That will help you the most. Because JEE is not an exam which you can prepare in an overnight. There are lots of concepts that you have to grasp altogether. So, it is better to analyze yourself through these tests. With this, you will also learn some techniques and also make your concepts more rigid.
