Hi,
CCNA and CCNP courses are relating to Network administration and manage. Whereas, CCIE is purely security oriented course. As far as benefit is concerned, all of these courses are in demand but CCIE has got better prospects.
From my practical experience, if you want to settle your career as a security professional still you need to have some knowledge of networking. Hence, I would suggest to go for CCNA first, you may move on CCIE.

To be good event manager, not only classroom knowledge enough. You need real work also. Doing volunteer, internship help big time. Skills like talk good, stay organize, solve problem fast, and do negotiation — this make event run smooth.

Also make contacts in industry, follow new trend. Show portfolio of events you already do. If you like one area more, go deep in that. Use technology, give customer good service, always keep learning. Most important, stay flexible and have passion to make events people never forget.
