Well, CSR is a very new and a niche domain nowadays and there is no such qualified manpower in the market.
Just because of one Act 22000 thousand corporates identified by the Government of India under the law. Which means according to 2 percent, Rs 22000 Thousand Cr floating in the names of Jobs and Opportunities. Now corporates are only entertaining CSR qualified man power for their CSR wings, no MA Social work or MSW, MBA social Entrepreneurship, PG Diploma in Development programme and MA social entrepreneurship etc can justify their candidature for the same without doing CSR
