Hello! Unfortunately, there is no good B-School anywhere where one can get admission with that score in the ATMA exam and the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA, turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time I.e. 2 years as well as money (in Lacs). I suggest you to either reappear for ATMA (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET and MAT. Good luck!

The acadamy fee for M.Sc physics will be 25,000 roundly for 4 semesters including exam fee, convocation fee and tution fees. This fee, you need not to pay at the same time. You will be asked to pay in 4 installments.
For the hostel girls, last year, it was 72,000 per year including food. Hostel fee will be revised each year. So, for the next upcoming year, it will be announced soon.
So, totally, 1 lakh 70 thousand for two years of course including everything.

Try in countries like Poland, Ireland, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia etc. You can also check private colleges in Australia. Not that 58% won't be accepted but the amount of backlogs you had will create trouble.

You can go for your M.Sc degree in electronics if you have interest. Or you can go for an MBA or even MCA if you want a technical degree. Else from a job perspective, you may go for a job in the core electronics field or even IT. Other options available to you are:
1) UPSC exams
2) CDS (Defence services)
Unfortunately, we cannot decide which course you should pursue, you have to decide that for yourself. There are a number of options available to you after you have completed your B.Sc degree and the course you select should be based on your interest and your comfort level studying in that particular field.
Good luck!
