Hi Sharad, your SOP should contain information about your personal interests, challenges, why you want to study further, career goals etc. not your spouse information. You need not mention about your spouse on your SOP, but you can always mention it during your interview or on the application form.

Unfortunately, you cannot apply for MA in fashion designing course at Pearl Academy unless you have a 3 years work experience in fashion/textiles industry. Otherwise, a candidate who has pursued a Bachelors degree or Diploma in fashion or textile design with at least 2 years of experience in fashion/textiles industry is only eligible to apply.

Sorry, you can not apply for the IIT JEE until next year. Better you should try for the individual tests held by private colleges. There are some the best colleges which conduct exam for the selection of candidates like:
SRM University
Bits Pilani
VIT University
Kalinga
Manipal
Thapar University
Jaypee Noida etc.
Another option is if you want to take admission in IIT or NIT only than you have to wait for the next year.
