For MBA/PGDM, one needs to pass out graduation from recognised university with minimum of 50 % for general category and 45% for reserved category.As you have scored more than 50% in graduation you could surely c do MBA/PGDM but you need to have good percent in your CAT if you want to take admission in top colleges. Being honest with you Sports Engineering is a real good option for those who have a passion of doing it because it's a little less glamorous job compare to others.
Also, in India it will take time to get the momentum. It's a fact that in India sports are being developed but it's hard to say that being a sports engineer success will be there.

The only criteria for doing MBA is to have a graduation degree with having 50% in any discipline from a recognized college. You need to sit for MBA entrance exams which are being held every year like CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT etc. Some institute/state also run their individual entrance like UPESMET (UPES Dehradun), MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test).
So, study hard and try to score a good percentile to get in to reputed institutes.
