Yes, PSG is a good college to do MBA or a PGDM. The basic difference is if you do an MBA, you get a university degree and PGDM is autonomous and offered by individual colleges. But PGDM is more up-to-date and on the track as the syllabus keeps changing as per the industry. Whereas for an MBA degree, the syllabus is drafted by the university. So, it is more theoretical. If you want to study abroad an MBA is beneficial since it is university recognised. But whichever course you opt for, the college you choose is of utmost importance. Check for the curriculum, past placement records and the ranking of the college.
All the best.

I hope you're doing well. Coming to your question, knowing English is of course very crucial to work with any reputed organisations as it is the official language we use to communicate. I suggest you to start reading English newspapers and underline the words you don't know. Keep a pocket dictionary with you and you can check the meanings there. You can also watch good English movies and keep revising all new words you come across. Try using English frequently and correct yourself till you learn. Take help from people fluent in English or if you have time, you can also join English speaking classes.
All the best buddy.
