It's very nice to hear your enthusiasm for Aeronautical branch of Engineering. But may I ask you a question why this particular branch? This branch has the aura but on ground, the placements are very hard to come by. Majority of the students end up doing MBA or going abroad for their MS. Eligibility for entry into these types of Institutions is normally 12th standard with PCM, but you have completed your Diploma and diploma these days is considered as equivalent to 12th in majority of the states in India. Hence I see no reason as to why this institution should refuse you admission. Just go ahead and fill up required forms for getting admission in your desired course in this Institute.
Best wishes to you.
