Yes, you can apply for B.Com after PCB in 12th. A Science student can take arts as well as commerce in graduation. So you can easily apply for B.Com. Instead this you can also apply for BBA.

Both BBA and B.Com offer similar career Opportunity. If students are willing to do an MBA, then BBA might be the better option. But if the students interested to become a CA CS or CFA then B.Com will be a better option for students. BBA is a 3 year undergraduate degree level course.
