While the CET can be state or University level entrance exam conducted by Directorate of Technical education of concerned state or University itself for admission in Engineering, B.Arch and Pharmacy courses. I don't know about GNDEC Ludhiana, I recommend Chandigarh University. The university was ranked 52nd by NIRF 2021 and rated A + by NAAC. The university received NAAC A + accreditation in 2019 with a GPA of 3.28. In 2021, the university improved its NIRF ranking by 18 points, primarily through the course and curriculum design. Chandigarh University has also received a diamond rating from the QSI gauge. The best package offered for the Chandigarh University internship 2021-22 was 1.7 crores per year and was offered to engineering students. Over 784 recruiters participated and submitted over 9,328 offers.
