In reputed and established private college or university, they have their own entrance exam and interview for the admission in MBA programme if you do not have any management test score.
So check the Shiksha website to find top private colleges for the same and apply accordingly.

Currently, if you are an ITI holder then you should do Diploma engineering in any stream you have more interest. Now you can get direct admission in the 2nd-year of Diploma engineering through lateral entry. Each state its conduct own entrance exam for it.
