Both the colleges, Chandigarh University and CGC Landran are good. Both provides good placement every year, but I would recommend you to choose Chandigarh University because it also have tier up with foreign universities.

2. If you are inclined more towards media line, then mass communication is a better idea.
3. If you continue with B.Com, may be you slowly and gradually develop interest in the subjects. However, you can pursue short courses in journalism, mass communication, etc. in order to be in touch with your choice of career.
4. You can drop this year (Pursue short courses in journalism, mass communication) and plan out for graduation courses in media, admission for which usually starts in the month of June - July.

There are various MBA entrance exams one can give, depending upon the B-school one wants to target for admission. Generally, they include questions based on GK, mathematics, English and logical reasoning. Some includes negative marking as well. Majority of them are computer-based tests with objective type questions.
The top entrance exams conducted in India are as follows, with some of the top B-schools accepting its scores mentioned alongside:
