You can apply for B.Tech Chemical Engineering through a GATE score. The best institutes for B.Tech Chemical Engineering are IITs, NITs, etc., State universities like BHU, JNU, etc., and Colleges like VIT, MIT, etc.

IIT, Roorkee is a good institute for research and if you wish to pursue here you should go for it but wisely choose your guide under which you want to continue research. This you can do by talking to students already doing research there which will help you in choosing right guide. Also, IIT Roorkee has many research facilities.

M.Tech admission is subject to a valid score in university-based entrance test or GATE score. For certain specializations of MA and M.Sc and M.Pharma courses, the admission is offered as per the counseling conducted by MDU-Rohtak. Hope this helps.

Both the options are different. If you do MBA, you will have a wide range of options ahead of you. On the other hand, if you are only interested in finance or banks, then coaching of bank is better.
