IIT, Roorkee is a good institute for research and if you wish to pursue here you should go for it but wisely choose your guide under which you want to continue research. This you can do by talking to students already doing research there which will help you in choosing right guide. Also, IIT Roorkee has many research facilities.

After B.Com, you are eligible for entrance exams for various types of jobs like, for civil services, for Defense services, for Bank P. O. exam and for Railway job through RRB. RMIT does not offer MBA in Aviation Management, they offer a Master of Science in Aviation. Please check the programs offered on their website. For Master of Aviation (Management) you can check University of Southern Queensland.
