It's not the question of which branch is in demand. Placement is a matter of which Institute also. Recruiters uncannily know which is best college and go there leaving others. As per the report, 40% engineers are not placed. Hence, seek admission in the best college only.

If you want to do MBA from a good college then you must appear for entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc. Some good colleges also have their own entrance exams.
If a college takes you without any entrance exam, don't go for those colleges as they are not good.
