It will be better, but if you pursue integrated course then you will get M.Tech degree also, but you will lose a chance to do M.Tech from IITs, which you will get through GATE after B.Tech. Otherwise, VIT is also a good college to do this course. It is ranked under top 10 by MHRD.*
Lastly, think well and decide yourself.

You could apply for Diploma courses.
As, now the registration for government colleges is closed, so you can apply for private colleges.
After completing your Diploma, you can study furthermore to complete your education through B.Tech in second year in college of your choice.

Did you mean OBC category? With 160 marks, you have very slim chance of getting admission in CSE. Though, you may get some branch in some NIT.

You are expecting 81 marks out of 360 I.e. 22% marks. Could you have passed 12th with these marks? CSE attracts best students. I see very slim chance for you to get admission in any of the NIT's.

Yes, the fee structure is feasible for all courses I suppose, because it is a state government university and so expenses cut short automatically. Courses are good, plus affordable.
