Going for a Masters is wiser since you will be more mature and will know your career plans and interests in a much better way. Also, post-study work options after Masters is higher. But the choice is yours. If you have a very strong profile you can apply for a Bachelors too. Check budget and university requirements, also talk with your school counselors and family members. BS will be a four year programme and MS will be either one or two years.

A career in journalism requires commitment, dedication and sacrifice of personal time for the sake of staying on front or top, particularly in news industry. You can definitely pursue a course abroad, something relevant to your education background and which will help you boost up your career. Instead of selecting a random course figure out what you want to do career wise and choose a relevant course accordingly. Best option is to sit for CAT and target to score higher percentile (atleast 98 percentile). As you have just completed 10th, try to score at least 80-85 percent in 12th and prepare well for CAT during graduation.
