Hi Aditya,
Harvard being one of the best business schools in the world enormous hard work will be required to get admitted. Academically, you must be a brilliant student and if not, there must be something in your profile which can distinguish you from other students. Besides academics, you must be involved in extra-curricular too. Overall, a strong and all-rounder profile is required. Most importantly you must have work experience before applying so after you complete your Bachelors get a job, take your GMAT and TOEFL. Career planning is also important. Read HBS MBA website for details.

If you are not hurry in getting a job than you should go for 11th science then after your intermediate you may go for B.Tech in computer science.
