Dear there are number of entrance exam held by lpu as LPU-NEAT for B.Tech, LPU-NAT- UG for non engineer graduation, NAT-PG.
Syllabus will be based upon previous qualification. For example for B.tech entrance i.e LPU-NEAT syllabus will be based upon 12th subjects.
Exam is easy but little tricky where basic knowledge of subject is required.

If ugc or dec will cancel the further approval or blacklist a university then the degrees which are allready being given are valid ?

Yes, while pursuing the education they must be approved by the UGC & DEC, then those degrees awarded before blacklisting will be treated as valid. Also provided those centres allotted as per the directives of the UGC norms.
