Dear you can hope of getting any good college and university on the basis of these marks in JEE but counseling plays an important role. Keep all your options open. There are many colleges like Amity, SRM, Lovely Professional University etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
Check their websites too.
Good Luck!
