Hello,
you didnot mention the course name.If is it your final year of graduation then you can definitely apply for pg course but if is it 2nd or 3rd year then you can apply but not taken admission because for this it require complete graduation marksheets.
Some of the institutes provide seminars,entrance so that you can apply and upgrade your skills also enjoy this and prepare yourself for final stage.

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech (CSE) is :
ass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)
OR
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) subject to valid score inLPU NEAT - UG 2012/2013 / JEE(Main)/ State Level Entrance Test.

It is a good college. But keep all your options open. There are many other colleges like Chitkara, Lovely, Rayat and Bhara etc that give direct admission on the basis of the marks in 12th. Not only this some of them are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
Check their websites too.

You can B.Sc Maths Hons. from universities like LPU, PU, DU etc.
Even on the basis of your 12th marks you can get admission in B.Tech in universities like LPU, SRM, Amity etc. Not only that they also offer scholarships to students on the basis of marks in 12th.
