I don't want to give you false hopes.
But, with your 64% in CBSE board, it is too difficult for you to get a seat at NIT Raipur despite the fact that it lies in your home state.
Though You can try for Extra Spot Round but the chances are less.
I would suggest you to try for some good private colleges instead. I have suggested you some of them.

The top private engineering colleges are-
1. VIT
2. BITS Pilani
3. SRM
4. Manipal
5. Thapar.

first of all, none of these pg diploma in distance are valid and valued. second, you do not get any preference in the job on a basis of a PG Diploma either distance or full time. you get job on the basis of your own ability

You must go into Mba in operations wher eyou can learn about SCM, TQM, QM and procurement. You can also get to learn SAP modules of SCM and MM which will boost your career into sectors ljke Ecommerce, Logistics, Defence, Manufacturing.

it is difficult to get cse in dtu if u r general
however NIT surathkal comes under top 5 nits
so if u wait for 3-4 round in dtu or nit counselling u may probably get cse.
nd if u belong to any sc/st category than there is chance of getting cse in 1-2 round in dtu

See the chances are less for the CSE. You may get EE, CE at this score. In rajasthan, you can go for poornima, skit. they are also good.

You are eligible to MBA after both BBA and BCom. If your aim is specialisation in Finance in MBA then BCom will be a better option. MBA after BBA will open more avenues in different functions of enterprise.

u can apply 3 times added Ur 12 appearing year and for good college on jee mains basis u should have at least 180 to 220 marks in Ur pocket
