Go for engineering. Being a hotelier, I have had few bad experience which I am still regretting for choose hm field. HM is not a broader field in comparison to engineering. An engineer can get a job in hotel but a hotelier can not get a job a job in TCS/Google/Microsoft (rare case- as a cleaner you may get). At least engineering is a reputed job as well as higher paying in comparison to HM. Here seniors are getting package of 13000p.m which will be remained for ages. At least in engineering you would not face this.

Dear Sudhanshu,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
