Hello Sagar,Getting admission for B.Sc from any Government University seems difficult. So, you can always try for a private institute. It is difficult only in the case of merit-based universities like the DU. So, you can even get into any college of Public/Government University, if you crack an entrance test. Universities like IPU have an entrance test followed by counselling or interview. All the best.

Most of the good colleges require CAT for MBA. only low ranking colleges admit students without CAT and it is not a good idea. I understand you have no time for CAT now, but you can go for GMAT exam. it is far more expensive but you can appear for this exam anytime you want and it is now being expected in all reputed colleges in India.

Yes, you can get admission for CS but in Civil may be or may not because for civil engineering seats are filling fast and almost done. Fee structure of 1st year is Rs.60,000/- per semester. I hope you are satisfied to this much.
