Because many students get ranked low and don't come to UPES counselling. Also, many of those who get good rank don't come to counselling too.
So this time, when you will go for counselling, then they will tell your rank on the spot. So there will be more possibilities for getting a branch of your choice.

Hello Komal,
Yes, IIST is a great college with a beautiful infrastructure, hostel and canteen facilities with proper transportation. The campus is not too far from the city and is well connected. The faculty members take care of each student personally if you are in the good books. All the labs are well-equipped, the crowd in the campus is well balanced between localites and non-localites. Great scholarships are available too for students besides the scholarship for reserved category.

No, for any stream. To pursue, you have to clear your 12th. No college, even private ones, considers 12th failures. It is because they consider 10th pass and not 12th. You should have a senior secondary exam passing certificate to pursue higher studies.

Who told you that. Both are different streams. Not every college is having B.Arch. Architecture and Civil are different fields. One design the project the other implement it.

I suggest learning HTML and CSS first. You should also pick a programming language here (really any programming language works, most people choose JavaScript.
