Hello! Being an alumni of LPU I am not having any notion for the other colleges. But I can confidently take the name of LPU. I would like to throw some light on the specific programme outcomes of CIVIL ENGINNERING:
1: Creating Civil Engineers who are competent enough to deal with real life problems and providing their sustainable solutions through knowledge of mathematics, Science and engineering, including project based learning and industry internship.
2 : Imparting knowledge of the latest technology and development in the field of Civil Engineering through updated curriculum and its content, incorporating software learning, E learning, practical learning.
3 : Skill development, both technical as well as soft skills, to make them ready to work in industry or as an entrepreneur, in its own domain or in multidisciplinary domain to achieve the desired outcome.
4 : Inculcate a culture of lifelong learning through continuous updation and improvement in their knowledge domain and enhancing the professional benchmarking.
5 : Build civil engineers who have a sense of social responsibility and deep understanding of professional knowledge and ethics in discharging their duties with right decision making at appropriate time to increase productivity and effectiveness. In addition to this, LPU has many rankings to its credit:

Admission procedure
Those who have passed senior secondary or equivalent examination with minimum of 50% aggregate can apply for B.Sc in Genetics course. But they should have passed the relevant qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects. Candidates can apply for the course by post or online. Institutions like Bangalore University will provide online application form through their website so that the candidates can download the form and send it to the concerned authority after filling it properly. If the candidates cannot access the website, then they should collect the form from the office of concerned institution. Submitted application forms should be accompanied with the relevant documents which specify the marks of qualifying examination, reservation eligibility and other concessions.
After getting the applications from aspirants, the concerned authority will evaluate all of them and select those who possess all the eligibility requirements. Then they will conduct counseling for selected candidates and give admission on the basis of their marks in qualifying examination. In the case of Guru Nanak Dev University, selected applicants should consult the head of the concerned department for admission. Certain institutions like Institute of Genetic Engineering in West Bengal will conduct Common Entrance Test for the selected applicants. In this case, candidates can seek admission on the basis of their marks obtained in this entrance test and performance in the relevant qualifying examination.

This college have everything that a student should need. ENTRANCE PREVIEW
I had not given any entrance examination. I got direct admission through internet online. Then I visited college and filled out registration form submitted my fees. FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure is almost good capable for middle class people also. Maximum 30 to 40 thousand rupees per semester for all courses offered including registration fees, Admission fees, Stationary fees, Library fees, Examination fees etc.

The placement and job opportunity of our college is very good. Every intelligent and deserve students got an placement according to his\her course in a reputed firms or companies. ALUMNI
No, The environment of our college is very good and no any ragging took place. If any student or senior founded in such matter then he\she will punished hard.

Our faculty is very good, experienced and hard workers. They taught us with great interest, passion. They are well educated from Government University.

CAMPUS LIFE
Our college campus is very good, surroundings are very neat and clean. The extracurricular, sports, labs etc. All are good. College conducts various Festival parties, hostel parties etc. To make students feel fresh and home like. EXAM STRUCTURE
The exam structure is good according to students interest. Exams are held semester wise. A semester period is of 6 months during which 2 times internal examinations occurs and once external examination.

INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
I had not did any internship yet. But our 6th semester is a internship semester in which we have to do industrial training from a reputed Industries given us by our College. Our college offers us various Food industries to do our industrial training.

There are many events that are celebrated in our college including. Annual festivals, Lohri celebrations, Freshers parties, Farewell parties, Sports meets. LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Yes, Our college offers scholarships for OBC, ST and SC. These scholarships gives 10 to 20 thousand rupees to student.
