The institute that you have mentioned is actually not offering any engineering course approved by AICTE. What they are doing is enabling you to complete distance education program offered by "Aeronautical Society of India" after which you get the certificate that is equivalent to BE. My sincere advice is do not go for it. This path is offered to professionals working & who cannot go to college.
