Hello Sambit,
The institute that you have mentioned is actually not offering any engineering course approved by AICTE. What they are doing is enabling you to complete distance education program offered by "Aeronautical Society of India" after which you get the certificate that is equivalent to BE. My sincere advice is do not go for it. This path is offered to professionals working & who cannot go to college.

Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. Hi,IIMS are for MBA, and not BBA courses.
For MBA, you need to complete your graduation first, and then give CAT exam to enter an IIM.
