After doing MBA, the chances of openings in managerial jobs (DEPENDING UPON YOUR MANAGERIAL POTENTIAL) multiply manifold.
It is better to do job before doing MBA, or after finishing MBA full time. Otherwise, you will not be able to do full justice with MBA course. Once into the MBA course, you will have to devote your full time in solidifying the theoretical / conceptual background, and active participation in seminar classes / problem solving sessions. Also, you have to devote time in finalizing your specialization, and in the final semester, on placement activities, including preparation for campus interviews.
