Hi Pradumna,
ThHR HR specialisation at Chetana's is amazing.
The HR faculty is also brilliant.
Some professors are independent HR consultant whereas some are experienced in this profession.
So they teach in a very practical manner.
Also there are guest lectures organised for HR students.
They show us the current HR practices adopted in the industry.
The avg. Package is 5.5 lacs p.a. and the highest for this year was 7.5 lacs.
There are less number of students for HR at Chetana's.
Hence the competition will be not be significant which is a positive thing for you.

Its quite good that her XIIth percentage is very good. But a lot depends upon her jee score to get admission in nims.You will have to check the cut off also. Best for you would be to log in to their site and check their academic details of wide platform, exposure, faculty, scholarships etc. and then log in to some more college sites like JECRC, LPU, JNTU etc and check their schemes so that you have a better idea of benefits.

No you cannot take admission abroad with backlogs. The best scheme for you would be to take admission in a college which we can say provisional, that is you take admission in a lower degree and inform the college about your compartment. Then before the last date of admission you can give the college your pass result and you will be transferred to the next higher degree. Check this scheme from some colleges like PES, LPU etc
