These are the eligibility criteria for NATA:
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidates passed/appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Mathematics as one of the subjects (with 50% marks) are eligible to appear in NATA 2017.
2. The candidates passed/appearing in 10+3 Diploma with 50% marks (Mathematics as one of the subjects) recognized by any State/Central government can also apply.
3. Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with 50% aggregate marks (Mathematics as one of the compulsory subject) can also apply.
4. NATA score will be applicable for two years only

Hello Dear,
NEET is for admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc. courses. Its not for Biotechnology. For admission into Biotechnology you need to appear JEE Mains.

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.

There is no such restrictions. MBA has many specialisation hence any stream any student can do MBA in a particular stream so it's not necessary only after BBA you have to pursue MBA.
