If you are talking about applying to Australian universities for higher studies you have to check with the universities directly if KOSU degree will be accepted. Every university has different admission requirements. For immigration purposes you have to check with an immigration officer, here we are only giving study related guidance not immigration.

You can take admission in polytechnic after class 10th or class 12th. After class 10th, it will be of three years and after 12h it will be of two years.
If you want to do engineering, but unable to take admission in any engineering college, you can go for it after polytechnic, as polytechnic students can take admission in engineering courses in direct second year after completion of their course through lateral entry. But, for that you n
