MCA will help u get good job and payment but will take 3 yrs and u require to give an entrance test first , on basis of which u will get admission for ur MCA
While in MSc IT (2 years course)u need not give any entrance test, on basis of ur TY result u will get admission, and moreover it will make ur Technical foundation strong.good luck!

B.Tech. IT is much better than BCA as usually people doing BCA, later go for Masters more than the B.Tech students.

If you want to pursue higher studies from any of the good colleges from abroad then you should have good academics however some program requires different exams like GRE, GMAT,IELTS, TOEFL etc.
