To pursue M.Tech. , you either need to have a bachelors degree in engineering viz. B.E./ B.Tech. or if you have done BSc. + MSc. , then also you can apply for the M.Tech.
Also you can change your graduation stream to a different one at the master's level in engineering i.e. M.Tech.

see btech is the graduate level course n mca and mba are postgraduate course if u r graduate u shud go with m ba becauyse it take two years while mca takes three years n it is better to get practical experience .because after doing mba u can go in administration also which wil be gud for ur carrer
