Griffith univ is a fine university and there is absolutely no problem in pursuing MBA from here.
Student life is better in Australia for good.
The other options you can consider for MBA are La trobe, Deakin and Charles Sturt. The shortest duration MBA is offered by La trobe.

Although, rekha has advised rightly but the problem is that there are hardly any good Management Institutes giving such specializations accept one or two like UPES etc. that too is through full time Institute. I would suggest you as you are from engineering background, and are in construction industry one of the good option could be operations. Another option which I could advice keeping in mind your education background is Finance.
