Although, there is no concrete listing for BJMC colleges in Kolkata and Delhi but Few of the Institutes which you may consider are: Delhi University & Affiliated colleges like Kalindi College, Nagpur University, Marathwada University, Punjab University, and Osmania University etc.
As far as PG programmes are concerned you can probably check for PG Diploma programme which you may pursue without Bachelors degree in Mass Comm.

However, as you had Medical Sciences there are several options which you can opt for like B.Sc in Biology, Microbiology, bioinformatics, Biomedical, Pharma etc. As suggested by Mr. Naidu you can prepare for various Medical Entrance Examinations.
