As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute. However, if you are talking about Institute for International Management & Technology, it is providing a degree approved by UGC but there is no information about the University from which students will get the degree. I would suggest you to visit the institute and check with the University authorities about the exact details of the University from which you will get the degree.

An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.
The amount can be more or less, depending upon the university you select and the location of university.

Electrical engineering is one of those branch which has a very bright prospects, a MS degree in this field that too from US will definitely enhance your job prospects both in India as well as abroad, but please remember getting a job depends entirely upon knowledge level and calibre of the student.
