Hi Lalit,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute. However, if you are talking about Institute for International Management & Technology, it is providing a degree approved by UGC but there is no information about the University from which students will get the degree. I would suggest you to visit the institute and check with the University authorities about the exact details of the University from which you will get the degree.
