In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level hence there is no such courses called MBBS. They call it MD. Undergraduate students have to first complete undergraduate degrees in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or other science related fields (It is called Pre Medical), then they have to apply for MCAT. MCAT is one of the stringent entrance exam. and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
You should have scored above 75% in your HSC or +2 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You also need to clear GRE to apply there. You have to prove that you are financially sound to fund your medical education there.

Dear Prakash, you can do BCA ( duration-2 yrs) & BScNT ( duration-2.5 yrs). The degree is awarded by Sikkim Manipal University.

Its good to know that, you aspire to pursue MBBS from USA universities.
But let me take this opportunity to inform you that, American universities DO NOT award or recognize the MBBS degree.
They have completely different system altogether.
In the US medical studies are only done at the GRADUATE level.
Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a qualifying examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools.
These medical school requires 4(four) years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average.
