You could opt for UG/PG in Animation or Fine Art. You may consider few colleges for Design and Animation like- National Institute of Design, Indian Institute of Technolgy or even MIT, FTII , Shristi, Symbiosis, Pearl,JJ College of Arts etc. Admissions to most of them are through entrance exams
You may also opt for Skill oriented programs in Animation Film Making from leading autonomus institutes in India.You may check list of all such organizations at your location.

While choosing any institute one must ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors.
