The answer to this is subjective. If you want to pursue MBBS, but not getting in India, then you can consider to study MBBS from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc., rather than adjusting for Physiotherapy.
As MBBS is a course which has high demand in India and India needs qualified doctors.
It is very important to choose good universities, listed with MCI.

As per the Aditya Birla's website:
Scholarship Package:
The Aditya Birla Scholarships cover a large part of the academic fee as well as the hostel fee for the IITs /BITS and some part of the tuition fee for the management and law streams.
The scholarship amount for IIMs/XLRI is Rs. 1,75,000 per annum.
For IIT / BITS (Pilani): Rs 65,000 per annum.
For law: Rs. 1,80,000 per annum or the actual fee.
Whichever is lower.
Eligibility:
Students from the following institutes can apply for the Scholarships:
IIM-Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode and Shillong.
