Even though the exam to be undertaken is popularly known as IAS exam, it is officially called UPSC civil services exam. The UPSC CSE consists of 3 stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Getting into Indian Administrative Service is not easy considering the competition involved, but not impossible for a candidate with right attitude and approach.

One thing is that you can't get a permanent lectureship with only B.Tech in your hand. As per the new AICTE regulations, there are no lecture posts in engineering colleges anymore. The name of the first lectureship post is Assistant Professor. So you do need a PG (in your case M.Tech.) to enter into the lectureship. You do get lectureship as a guest in some self-financing engineering colleges or in poly techniques.
If you take your PhD, then you can start your career as an Associate Professor (Professor if there is vacancy).

After post graduation also the duration of B.ed course is 2 years. There is no difference for graduates and post graduates. The classes and sessions are conducted separately.

It will be difficult for a science student to apply for the hospitality course, especially, in Canada. Also, 58% is not a good score to apply to Canadian colleges. Apply for colleges in Australia or New Zealand.

It's very good to know your dream of becoming expert in forensic science. However eligibility is 10+2 with science which you must have since you have done engineering. It's a three year B.Sc course. There is no entrance exam and admission is based on marks of 12th.

Well, for this year, the central government has no such plans to add any new colleges for B.Ed.
There are no plans by the central government to offer B.Ed for free.
