Placements in DYPSM for MBA are pretty good last year their placements were around 98% and its ranking is also good so you can go with it.

You must ask the college where you're applying. Email and ask them if it is mandatory for them. Even if they say IELTS is not important to them, the visa issuing Embassy might still require you to write IELTS.

I don't think so. Some random colleges might accept you but it will be very difficult for you to cope up with the subjects like chemistry, biology, bio-chemistry, etc. You can think of taking a year's drop and take 12th again with science. If you are successful, then good- go ahead with pharmacy. Else it's like learning something for a year. It's a risk of a year.

Yes, the university is UGC recognized. It has good reviews and it is pretty difficult to gain entry into its agriculture course. It has a good track record of placements and infrastructure and hostel facilities are also nice. Overall, it is a good choice.
